Pieces of ibérico meat, potato, onion and tomato. Printed edition

It is part of the series of works that refer to the most contemporary cuisine. The ibérico meat cubes are red and with toasted tones. The meat is the main element, solid and forceful. The potato cube, the co-star, enriches the sweetish flavor of the piece of ibérico meat. The tomatoes represented as the most ethereal element invite you to feel the fifth element of the flavor in a retro nasal sensation that rounds off the sweet and acid flavors. Solid brushstrokes with texture and fluid and incorporeal brushstrokes give shape and balance to this composition, a visual experience of taste sensations.

I have painted this digital work with an MS Surface. I have used techniques analogous to those of traditional painting, using only the types of brushes and paints that the software offers me.
